She Cranes ready to roar at  2023 Netball World Cup

The Ugandan national netball team, the She Cranes has lined up a trial game with Barbados ahead of the netball World Cup tournament.

The game is set for July, 19 before setting off for Cape Town to kick off the 2023 netball World Cup campaign against Singapore on July, 28 in their first group D game.

The team will later play defending champions New Zealand and Trinidad and Tobago on July, 29 and 30 respectively.

Uganda has previously participated in three netball world cups (1979, 2005 and 2009).

The 2023 netball world cup will be played at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) between July 28 and  August 6 in Cape Town, South Africa.
